Jane May Counselling
As I mentioned before, it takes courage to start counselling. Some signs that you’re ready to begin is that niggling feeling you can’t ignore - that something’s not quite right. If you can acknowledge and accept that feeling, that means that you’re ready to find someone who can help.

Engaging in counselling is an investment in yourself. You’re prioritising your wellbeing, your relationships with others and taking a huge step towards a happier life. For many, the realisation they need someone to help is huge. When you've always coped and managed myself, to ask someone for support can feel difficult.

In working with my clients, I see that need – often suppressed – for connection and understanding. I offer a safe place for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours without judgement. In a place where you can feel open and honest, you will discover your capacity to change, thrive and find solutions.
